Absolute Brain Rot

Sat Jul 4, 2009, 1:36 PM
  • Mood: Tired
  • Reading: Haunting Ground walkthrough...
  • Playing: WAY too many video games
  • Drinking: Sprite Zero
My brain has been taken over by fangirlness and is currently melting down to nothing. XD

I stayed up until 3:00am watching Sailor Moon and Elemental Gelade. Then I spent all day today watching Sailor Moon because I found the missing disk I was looking for... The Sailor Stars theme is permanantly stuck in my head I swear.

Oh well, it was fun watching anime. :3 I have to say, subtitles that cut out for entire scenes is a good way to strain the brain into using what little japanese I do know to figure out what's going on.

I can't wait until I'm a second year in japanese class... I won't be as confused all the time when my friends speak japanese...

On another note, I guess I have a dirtbike now. :D I can't wait to go out and learn to use it. Street bikes intrigued me for a while, until mom's friend got rear-ended on one and he sustained broken bones and a bruised brain... Off road with things my size sounds a little less deadly...

Street bikes are still nice... less space needed to park them... less money spent on gass... but cars are safer on the roads and better for when it rains/snows.

Regardless, I still have to learn to use the thing. Snowmobiles are easy: just a throttle, brake, and button to choke the engine. Dirtbike: not so easy. If it's anything like when dad tried teaching me how to use the clutch on the buggy, this oughtta take a while.

I just hope he doesn't yell at me. My dad's not always the most patient. I'm almost glad I'm not going with them imminantly tomorrow (I still need protective gear before I can go anywhere), because I really don't want my aunt or Shayne making fun of me. They have a habbit of doing so...

This summer has also been full of video game addictions. I've basically been sitting on my tush this entire time except for some walks and tennis practice with :iconxxwater-girlxx:. When one game gets a little dull or I hit a tough spot, I just rotate to the next one... pathetic right?

Game list thus far (I highly recomend a lot of these): Sims 2, Haunting Ground, Nintendogs Dalmation and Freinds, Apollo Justice Ace Attorney, Truama Centre, and Resident Evil 4.

btw...

Happy Independance day!

I'm going to give my rotted brain a rest now and go draw or something actually productive before my family shows up. :3

Congrats on the dirtbike! :dummy:

I'd be way too scared to use one. I can barely drive a car without freaking out.

(I have a friend who's obsessed with watching Sailor Moon, too. She watches it every day when she's on the computer, and I think she's up to Sailor Moon Super now).

:D I love them.

It's a lot more complicated then my snowmobile, but I'm less afraid of the dirt bike because it's a lot lighter and I can turn/stop a lot easier. If you go slow and don't take drastic jumps, it's pretty safe I'd say. Not to mention the gear helps a lot with not getting hurt.

O.o whoa. I haven't seen the first series much or Pegasus, but I have seem most of Sailor Stars and Sailor Moon Super.

Study hard for 2nd year... it's very hard. Once you get the hang of it, not so much. But I know I struggled a lot in the beginning. I need to do some studying... My Japanese, I can already feel it getting weak XD;

You are not! All I do is sit around playing Re4 (and loosing to "Salad-bar") and Sims 2 for Gamecube.

You have a life, you're going camping, and going on walks and playing Tennis with meh.
The only thing that saving me is the dang honors report, haha.

Besides it's summer~ ;)

Summer rocks, don't it?

Only now my failure has upgraded to all night videogame&anime binges until 2am. XD

By the way, my cousin, Sarah, you, and I need to get together with RE4. Kriss wants to play the Wii version and we can show them how much it rocks.

Don't worry, just keep shooting Salad's body guard in the eye and everything will work out just fine. You should still have the rocket launcher as well. One hit with that to Salad and you should be good to go (shouldn't have to even go down until the fight is over).

And RE4 is something awsome to be doing! I don't know why it's a bad thing to sit around and play it all day. :3

Summer sucks with that damn report. haha.

Naw, naw, it's you and your cousins time together. You can just barrow it. :)

I do, but I run out of ammo and have to go down and get some, then die.
haha, it's not a bad thing, just for the old body.
